呀! 原來是會interview自己人先, 咁我呢 d 毫無關係的人, 實無機會啦!

但我想問他們所謂的 "自己人", 即是什麼類型的人呀?

I thought they will open for all applicants for interview???

If no answer, shall we call them or will they send me a letter for any result???

我上次聽佢地的小一簡介會, 校長講到明有70%學位會收個d家長是Old boys or Old girls, 只是剩番30%俾些無關係的人, 我在當天還舉手發問, 呢過制度會否adjust? 校長答may be有可能, 但當後來有家長, 佢本身是Old boys佢問多次校長應該保留70%學位, 校長又話會, 咁究竟間學校是點approach, 根本已很清楚, 所以就算佢依家interview自己人先, 都不奇!

校長仲好明確咁講明, 不收細仔(即是近2000年年尾出生的申請人), 因他覺得大仔是會較細仔容易跟得上!

Hi LilianSze,

I think they will interview everyone. They probably want to start off with the 'related applicants' first to get an idea how many of those 39 places which have been 'earmarked' for them may be taken up. If there are many 'related applicants' who are also strong candidates, I think the quota for the rest of the 'general public' will only be 17 per school.

聽果d"自己人"講, 每年既"自己人"quota都爆晒, 即係話, "not more than 70%" probably = 69.99%啦
(講真, 俾著我做校長, 都無理由有自己人唔收姐...)
我今日arm arm都收到信喇(堅小), 係15/10 am

It's not a problem due I still havn't got my reply yet for interview (for Macdonnell St.P)....I think that there will be news on next week...

I also got the notification letter today, but the interview date is "22/10, Friday" ???? 22/10 is a Saturday?

我每日都check信箱, 但仍未收到 interview信, 我仔是細仔(9月出生), 不知是否由大仔interview 先?
