已做緊感統, 不過想睇下有無supplement 可以食, 我記得以前有個BK mum 曾經講過話有supplement可以食，但我揾吾番個留言, 所以咪再問下有無人知

我係呢到三年幾四年，點解我唔覺有post提及肌張低有補充劑食既？我仔都係呢個問題，只有食魚肝油丸，但係當保健。
肌張低依靠多運動，上落樓梯最見效，阿仔學校要上三層樓梯，返左幾個月，每日返學放學共行2次，再行上行落3次（訓練），肌力好左好多。

原來係有for 低肌張既補丸..我仔只食魚油..美國no.1銷量Nordic Naturals...原來佢有另一個產品叫ProEFA® liquid。

上外國親子網睇評語.d小朋友食左幾日就有明顯進步...攪到我想訂返樽比阿仔試。

Nutritional Supplements for Hypotonia 2 year old

My youngest has apraxia, hypotonia, and global delays. We started her (actually all of my kids, and my husband and me) on Pro-EFA. I couldn't believe the progress. After 2 days on the oils, Maddi started pointing things out that were interesting, and began to vocalize. She became more daring outside and would walk on a variety of surfaces, and her motor planning improved.

My 8 year old son who has traits of ADHD calmed down quite a bit and found it easier to focus. It even helped the older kids with strength and coordination. I say go for it, it can't hurt and could possibly help. Essential fatty acids are needed by the body but we can't make them. Everyone should be taking them. Based on what I read on the Cherab foundation website, we went with Pro-EFA.

We also all take a whole food supplement that has brought tremendous results as well.
