Are you all prepared for your child this coming 30th Aug?

Hi all,

My son, Arsen, will be at pm English/Cantonese.  

Preparation, only bought uniform from Tai Yat.  Only $195(incl. delivery to my office)!  What a deal !  Hong Kong Preschool, where Arsen attended nursery, summer was $600 while winter$1000.

Is class start on Aug 30th?  Is it one hour per day?  How many days?  

I just called SC yesterday and she just said letter regarding 1st school date arrangement will be sent out by mid of August.

Hi Arsen Mom,

Woh I didn't know they have delivery. I already brought my son's uniform, the problem is that I didn't check that cleary the white collar have some red sewing that can't remove. And it cost me almost $400 at Sai Kong.

My son was suppost to go to Nolfolk campus, but SC called the other day that they can make a switch to Essex campus (is close to Cannan where I can pick up my younger together), I was so happy that I forgot to ask when they will sent me the update schedule. But I guess it should be the same as Nolfolk schedule that was printed on the green pc of notice.

Great!  Only need to take two half day off from work.  I need to save my leave for family vacation in December.

So envy that u got am session.  My boy is very used to afternoon nap.  He goes to bed at 9pm & wakes up before 7am.  It's going to be a tough change!

Actually I wrote a letter to the school to change Campus and AM. Maybe you can try too!
I don't know if I can manage to attend the first few days because I am preganet (big stomach).

我而家好煩惱呀！就係我仲未搵到保母車，
如果大家有呢方面的資料，唔該幫幫忙！

我想搵<葵芳至九龍塘>的車，我聯絡左一個司機
(打左成5,6次電話)，但佢次次都話自己係街，遲

Yes, walking from kln tong station to Essex road is way too far for a kid. You can take the 2A green bus at Festival walk, and off at the Esso gas station!

Yes, they need to bring their own cup, snacks, and wet towel.  Saw on a different discussion that the teachers prefer them to put these things in a little bag first and then put in the school bag, so that it's more neat and tidy.

Let's share what snacks we are giving our kids to take to school, it's a headache to think of different food everyday!

Lillymom & Jenmike,

Before my son went to Keenmind we nned to prepare snack for them too. I would usually give him apples and grapes because is neat and tidy to eat. Also good for his diet. I agree to put the food and cups in a cotton bag, because the containers may be sticky and you wouldn't want that on their books!

I think so. But of course you wouldn't buy something really hard to open for your child.

Which class is your child assigned to?  My daughter will be in N Rose(b).  She's taking school bus to school so will be in Session D for the first 2 days.  Any other kids in this class also?
