It may not be so useful knocking the door of 津�官小 at this stage.  Their place cannot be allocated to you before the lucky draw in June.

I think it really depends.

By rule, even the principal has no say in the 1st and 2nd round.  So, no principal will commit at this stage.  

A principal shared that he received "knock door" letter from one parent every month right after the 1st stage.  Each time he used eye-catching colored paper with his kid's photo on top right hand corner.  This really impressed the principal.

While this method impressed one principal, maybe it may annoy another principal.
