Dear ChingChingFather,

Do you know whether SPCS will absorb all P.6 graduates from its primary section?  My daughter is studying in another primary school and I want to know how many seats of SPCS will be available to other primary schools.

Similar to SPK/SPN.

２．會不會太大壓力, 1日有多少功課?
Around 3-4. Less on the day before dictation and more in weekend. In my opinion, there is some pressure as there is dictation/test/exam. However, I think it is already better than other schools.

３．如冇記錯應有5班, 一班有多少人數? (因直資始終要收多D學生，MARYMOUNT有４班，４０人以下)
5 classes and max. 44 students in a class.

I have no info per your requested. But I know less than 15 could not direct promote to secondary in the past years (after changed to DSS). Then, you can calculate the differences of seats between secondary and primary.

A friend told me that the school advised that there would be around 40 seats avail.

I want to know that if my daughter is not SPC kindergarten's student. How can I application to their primary. Anyone attempted to get the seat for the same situation.

Send letter and portfolio to the school before Christmas. If not granted for interview, send again in May or Jun.

昨天跟SPN家長講開升小問題, 兩位入到Marymount的決定唔讀．今天有一位入到Maryknoll的又決定唔讀．有一位考到港大同學會的亦放棄了．沒有家長談論聖保羅男女，所以未知有多少同學仔入到．

我所問過的家長，只有幾位在等女拔的消息．除非要考慮學費問題，否則大部份都覺得直升St. Paul's Convent較好．

你糼稚園的時候選了聖保祿,證明你已經相當認同聖保祿,再加上你囡囡過去的愉快學校生活,及她對學校的感情及那份歸屬感(甚至成功感),好應當給她做一個徹頭徹尾聖保祿人,這種機會實在值得珍惜.

你丈夫的同事,他們給予意見時,想必沒有把你對聖保祿的認知及糼稚園的因素計算在入.無須因為他們是一群專業人仕而覺左右為難,更無須因為學校的名氣而影響決定.堅定你的心志吧!

因本人想小女直升　ＳＰＣ　小1　（因她大部份同學都直升,連抽獎都唔抽）；　但老公又話問過D醫生, 律師朋友都話MARYMOUNT好，而家大家有分歧，有冇家長之前都試過取捨最後都讀ＳＰＣ？

If money is not a concern.  Check the edu web and you will find only about 98% passing rate in 5 subjects for Marymount in HKCEE whereas 100% in SPC Seconday.  And if you have interests, you may go to St paul convent Seconday website and see their prosepctus for F1 admission.  You may get some insight.  Hope this help and god bless your kid.

家长为孩子谋福利，无可厚非，游戏规则无话不能参加，成功了也可有最后决定权，虽然此举会令其他报了 MPS 但不中的人有微言。（利益申报：我无选MPS，选了跑马地SPPCS，中了，很高兴）

除非中了Co-ed 或 DGJS，否则请留在 SPCS 吧！MPS 无可能好得过SPCS。
