I know some people will do it . But from my points of view, I don't agree because it is no good for the child. Parents should teach the children what is right and what is wrong. Am I right?

唉!!! 其實只要政府把假地址事件變刑事，我相信大部份家長都唔敢博，同意嗎???? 講真借地址對真金白銀買或租的家長就真係好唔公平，大大減彽入心儀學校的機會。有好多

You are right.
What is important is not whether the action is  刑事 or whether someone will find it out.
It is the "value" in the bottom of your heart that matters. Even if no one will find out, so what?
For those who think about using 假地址, do you want your kid's education starts with  a lie?

Though the education system here may not be fair, integrity is priceless.  The policies may be unfair, but parents are the ones who magnify them.  If everyone is following the rules, we  can at least have a fair society as the battlefield for the kids to fight.
