BB辨認形狀

我7個月大的仔還未識。

6-12月內的嬰孩可以識分形狀？......呢個期望﹐唔可以話無可能﹐只不過一般小朋友其實三歲左右先識分﹐有d 可能仲遲少少添.....當然﹐可以好自然咁教下BB﹐但千萬唔好認為教過就應該會識.....而且﹐咁細的BB ﹐連野都唔係好識講﹐小肌肉仲唔係好發達(除非你一直有各方面的早期教育)﹐佢地好聰明識分都未必表達到/做到佢已經識分啦....

My baby can recongize "circle" when she was 15 months.  She will point to something round and say "circle".  I think she is understanding "triangle" as well but unable to say it out now.

6-12 months is a big range for a baby.  A baby may not crawl when he is 6 months but he can walk when 12 months.  So, I think it is possible for some outstanding babies can understand "shape" in 12 months, but I doubt if any babies understand it in 6 month.

My bb could recognise star shape (by pointing it in the book or elsewhere in the street) and say "ar" when she was 11 months.  She could recognise circle, triangle, square & hexagon and say "cirso", "tritri", "square" & "hexi" when she was around 15-16 months.

I also agree with elysemama that the chance of babies in 6 months understanding shapes is minimal.  bb may understand or recognise shapes in early age but they just don't know how to express themselves and show their parents their knowledge on these until, say, after 12 months.
