如何編排中一入表之portfolio的次序

請問已交表之家長，可否告知你們是用什麽放你個小朋友的文件呢？次序又如何？
自薦信、校長之推薦信、履歷表、成績表、獎項.......
還須要其他資料放入去嗎？
現在離交表之deadline不遠了

Regarding the presentation and binding format, last year,I used a 20-page clear holder( a thin one, not bulky, approx. 10mm thick) to hold all the documents. The school principal's recommendation letter came first, then the personal portfolio(*), and followed by the photocopies of the reports and certificates in the right order (clearly marked the attachment reference numbers at the top right corner of each page). Use color photocopy as far as possible.

*  In the portfolio, each qualification and award was given an attachment number. The photocopies of the certificates and school reports immediately followed the portfolio in the right order.

另外一問題，
校方須要回郵信封是否放入20-page clear holder內，
而校長之推薦信是密封(小女學校之校長主張如此)的,是否放在第一頁，回郵信封放最後？

須唔須要張個holder再放入大公文袋遞交呢？

Hi, zoeyyw,

I think you better put both the principal's recommendation letter(sealed) and the stamped return envelope at the 1st page of the clear holder. If you put the return envelope at the back, they may not be aware of it.
If you worry that the envelopes will drop out from the folder, you may use adhesive tape to partially seal the opening edge of the folder.

By the way, some clear holder may have a folder right at the front of the holder, I used to put a copy of the application form or application letter in it.

Usually, you need to send in the application to the school in person and not by post. If so, you may not need to use a big envelope to enclose the whole package.

My elder daughter is now studying F.1. I prepared/collected those information last year from various sources.
I only knew this website three months ago. Just want to share the experience with other parents like you.

我指的folder是clear holder 每頁的膠套。
你可以將clear holder 再放入公文袋然後交回所報中學。
