經濟差咗,本來想比小朋友讀IS的家長,會唔會選擇番LOCAL SCHOOL呢? (我意思係KINDERGARTEN)

讀國際學校唔係一兩年既事, 係十幾年既承擔.  作為父母應該考慮清楚自己的經濟能力, 先好作出有關決定.

我本人非常喜愛國際學校培育小朋友創造力的教學精神, 夫婦二人現在的收入亦可應付目前學費.  但長遠來說, 如果其中一位失業, 經濟便很緊絀 (因要供兩層樓).  所以最終都決定bb不會走國際學校的路.

小朋友如果接受了國際學校那一套教學模式, 要他轉回傳統學校會很難適應.

見你強調"kindergarten",直覺上你target local小學,只係想 kindergarten讀國際學校,猜得對嗎?如果你真係咁諗,我勸你不論市道如何,都係選擇番local kindergarten,因眼見好多朋友囝囡讀國際kinder,喺local小學根本毫無優勢.但如果你同我一樣,只心儀國際小學,完全唔buy local school嘅,市道點都要選擇國際學校啦,除非生活都成問題,唯有慳自己.

Agreed. I rather spend less in others, but still prefer IS for my son.

Totally agreed!  Some expats had transferred their children from other IS to ESF coz the tuition fee in ESF is relatively lower than the other IS, as such, more category 1 students will take up the place in ESF.
