The Online Admissions Scheme went live on 4 August and has worked very smoothly, considerably easing the process for prospective parents. Applications for next year’s Year One stand at 1,750 and those for Year Seven at 260. These are increases of 19% and 17% respectively compared to last year. Total enrolments for this academic year in ESF schools currently stand at 6,087 for Primary (capacity 6,117) and 6,656 for Secondary (capacity 6,665), compared to 6,068 and 6,644 respectively last year. 6087 Primary students = ~1000 students per year.
Application for year one stands at 1750.
Ratio = 1.75:1?
But I don't know if there will be more applicants throughout the year or if the deadline of applicaiton is closed. |
