Babated,
students are in P5, P4, and P1.....International schools DO NOT mean less emphasis on academics, it's just a different way of developing the student's academic strengths, I know there are many ESF supporters in here, so I won't say anymore.
My P1 student already is complaining, all she has been learning since Sept, it's all been done in St Catherina's K2 year.
And, everyday, it's just playing.
my students from other ESF schools, hardly any homework, just play play play, and hence, I notice these students find it very hard to SIT down and get focused on a task for a long time.... in comparison to other students of mine in the same age.
Chinese Level is definitely low... all the RC parents are noticing, their kids' chinese levels have gone down, seeking desperately for afterschool tutor and Mandarin classes. |
