Anything I can do to improve the chance to ESF Kindergarten?

My daughter is now 15 months and my husband is a Canadian Chinese.  I aim to put her into ESF kindergarten and later on ESF primary.  Here are the things I'm doing:

1.  Speak English with her all the time

2. Join PIPS (Kowloon) playgroup and attend the class 2 times a week

3. Enrol for PIPS (Rhine Garden) international nursey


Is it going on the right track?  Or what else I can do to improve the chance to get a place?  Definitely need advice Mummies.

Firstly, make sure whether your baby is a Cat 1 or a Cat 2 candidate!
Cat 1 will have a much greater chance for sure!
