Many thanks for the information. It is very useful. Thus, "All students normally have to take English A1 in IBD because ESF use English as their first language. They also must take English and English literature in GCSE."
It means that it is clear that their first langauge is English and what we need to consider is the remaining one.
In addtion to regarding English as the first language in ESF schools, which another one to be taken? Chinese, French, Japanese or Spanish? This is a topic that can be involved in a long, long discussion.
The idea is, it depends on:
1) What the child is intereted in;
2) The background of language/langauge learning of the child;
3) The future job/career and the living place of the child
Any parents here can share?
