I just let my son study at local kindergarten. His speech gradually improved when I switched to speak with him in Cantonese. I still talk to him in English occasionally, when he's doing English homework or when the helper is with us. He is therefore still able to speak simple conversational English and has been accepted by an English primary school as he did well in the English Q&A.
I totally understand you want your son to be excel in both languages. But going to schools in both morning and afternoon is different from going to whole day school (where children have napping time), it may be too much for a 3 and half years old.
If your son is already studying in Int'l school, you may just speak with your son in Cantonese at home unless you are home late very often. That should be sufficient for spoken Chinese unless you want your son to start learning Chinese characters already.
