There is no such thing as "cross the net" in Round 1.  Allocation is based on points, NOT on school net.

I hate to say this, but how can people still not understand the rules of the game AFTER the game has commenced?

Of course I understand the game.  But, [size=large]I just want to know are there any people who choose other net for their children and got the seat.
