If you have only two choices and you don't mind to pay, EC would be a much better choice.

I tell you what.  There are too many "non permanent HK citizen studying at the first one you mentioned.  I have no discrimination or bias to anyone at all.  But this is the fact.  They slow down the progress of some courses such as English. And their kids' behavier as well as value concept is a bit different from ours.    Again.  Peer group is very important.
