DBS Interview

From the 1st interview inform letter, it just mentioned that the results will be announced in mid Dec., does this mean that they already start the 2nd interview on the same day of 1st interview. I notice some applicant interview longer than others on that day.

Meanwhile, I also check from their web, they say they will not interview Parents, it seems something change in this year selection process.

Oh my god, this is surprising - contradicted to what I understood.  I'll go check and have a look!

Right... it is confusing - it did not mention whether it is talking about 1st "in" or not that there won't be a parent-facing-headteacher-session.
