好欣賞樓主,自己都struggle比細囡去kv定soka好,身邊10個有9個都話kv但自己覺得soka比較適合囡囡性格,雖然知道自己要乜但d無刑壓力都5少,希望今次揀完3年後5使好似樓主咁要再煩多次.

Support you to go to HKUGA!
I came from a school very similar to SPC culture... you would not be regret if you have this struggle and hesitation at the begining...unless you are the type of mom that you love the SPC model of teaching and learning culture + religious culture...somebody love this kind of culture..
For me, definitely not !!

唔揀一所有經驗有往績的好學校, 而揀一間未經真正考驗的新校, 絕對是很錯的決定.

我的子女已過了小學選校的階段, 以上只是經驗之談.

用感覺而唔用事實資料同個女選校

港同, 都係因為上得多 bk 先識咋, 朋友間從來都無人談論過佢 .....

Hi Talent2000,  Thanks for your comment. My girl is now in SPC. Can you share more info relating to "get into top U without taking SAT"? You can PM me if you like.
As a mother of SPC girl, it's the best choice if you do not prefer the traditional spoon-feeding style and would like to guarantee certain academic level for your girl.  If you comparing with HKGUA teaching style, I would say, SPC is not as traditional as outsider might think.  SPC  do  NOT give lots of homework, NOT many dictations and quiz. NO need to recite lots of things to pass the exam.  There are many project based learning starting in P4.  Indeed, they provide good training in language development.  As I've seen, most of the girls are active and speaks fluent English with good writing skills.  If you comparing with academic level, the promising results from secondary section
which is outperform HKUGA.
If you read the Comprehensive Review performed by EDB for St Paul Convent Secondary, you will put your girl to SPC undoubtedly.

How about get in SPC first?
If you found it is not suitable or not match your kid, you still have a good chance to change to a suitable school.
(I think changing school is common nowadays)
