放棄 SPC 選 港同, 會有人支持我嗎?

Some people said SPC is better.   Yes, comparing to the "surface" factors, it is.

Why some parents still choose HKUGA or the same kind schools (amongst SPC or other said famous schools), there should be some strong reasons/belief in those parents' mind.    It's because it's not easy for not choosing those said famous schools.   Are all those parents are fools?  

We should accept the fact that there is no school loved by all parents.      Both SPC and HKUGA are good schools, each have its advantages or disadvantages.   SPC is not perfect, although it's perfect in some parents' mind.  The choosing technique is what you think it's important!

Your English is really......may be you are the graduate from HKUGA, it might not happen if you came from SPC.....Joking only!

有D人明明前面有條康莊大道唔走去行，偏偏就因為自己嘅愚見鍾意跳落個滿佈淤泥嘅井，累佐自己不特止，仲要累埋個女嘅前途，如果我係佢個女大個佐一定怪責佢，真係唔鬧醒佢都唔得....

直至現在為止, 都是以 "兩間都收" 作基本討論條件 (不是曾有不快經驗 / 不收 / waiting )

但愈來愈覺得這 "基本討論條件" 是不成立的

作為家長, 一定比外人了解自己囝囡, 人家意見根本不重要, 自己決定啦!
希望樓主儘早通知SPC放位就好了, 多謝合作!

Again, I hope the people here to respect other schools and to respect yourself. You are freely giving out your views on the good and bad about one school based on your own experience, but please be fair to other school if you do not have the knowledge. Without any doubt, all your intention is good - you don't want the parent to make a wrong decision to pick the wrong school for his/her daughter. It is far more convincing if you can point out the good things about SPC, instead of just comparing. For instance, it is nonsense to compare the graduates of SPC is more better than HKUGA in the society. My understanding is that there is yet to have any graduate from HKUGA so you are not making very sound comparison here.

I have no offense here, for the SPC parents/graduates, please list out the advantages/disadvantages, likewise for HKUGA parents, I think this information is far more useful for making up her mind, instead of just doing subjective comparisons.

我都係spc的家長, 但...真心講句, 我支持樓主的選擇. 我認同兩間都是好學校.  當家長提供了好的平台給孩子, 成就如何, 還是看孩子的本身. 根本沒有必勝的法則. 條條大路通羅馬, 最緊要開心, 自在.

讀邊間都係假，講咁耐都係睇自己小朋友既能力,可能係HKUGA 可以好輕鬆排得前名次都好過係SPC咁辛苦力爭上游，樓主咁早已知自己個女既能力應是可喜可賀！

Hi Emily2009,

Yes, my English is not good enough.    Do you know why?    It's because I was studied in traditional primary and secondary schools.   The test and examination pressure made me not willing to study.    I am not that kind of person suitable for spoon-feeding education.    Although I am a degree holder now, I missed the chance of initiative learning on my early stage.   Be honest, if there were schools like HKUGA in the past, I trust I would learn much better ^^

P.S.   English of HKUGA's students is not bad, have a look before you comment!
