I guess your girl is now 3 or 4. It is normal for kids at her age have stage fright as their cognitive abilities have developed further. They are afraid of 'losing face' in front of the others. They just think that the others will laugh at their act. I believe such phenomenon should not be long when they become more confident as they grow older.

For the time being, I would suggest temporarily stop the ECA where she cries. And resume after a few months. The situation may be improved then. Hope my little advice here helps.
