我不是宣基的學生,但我十年給潘校長教過,當時她是我的中文老帥和班主任, 每個同學也感受到她對教育的熱誠, 那時讀中六, 很多外來生到我校謮讀預科, 本應像一盤沙,但他令到我們學習氣紛好好,亦非常團結, 我知現在也有同學和他聯絡, 我中五中文取D,作文差, 但潘老師啟發了我, 她說我議論文好過描寫文,她給我豉勵, 我的文章越寫越好, 我中七中文取C, 她令我有翻自信, 好過以前的老師只批評我的白字. 我是一個不起眼的學生,她也留意到, 好難得, 前兩年有和其他同學去她家拜年, 知她做了校長, 談話中已感受到他很用心辦這校, 亦知這是一間新校, 他知道收的student all are band 5 student. She said she believe 有教無類. She said  lots of her students are from poor family and some of them have family problems, she will try her best to help them. She also said thet students' academic result is not the most important thing. Students self-development and happy school life is the most she concerned. I'm sure this school is a very good school. It is still a very new school.
