sorry to share with u that i moved out park island a few years ago after visiting the kinda there...i didn't like that kinda at that time...and it was quite inconvenient to study outside Park Island as a resident there.
If u haven't decided to move there, I strongly recommend u arrange a kindergarten visit to "feel" whether it "feel" good before making such decision.
For the primary school, i "heard" it was quite good while i was living there...
