I myself am quite conservative on this. If I feel uncomfortable and I know my son does not like it, I won't deny our feeling and I would discuss politely with the teacher in charge.

Wonderful! The problem had been solved. That is a good lesson for us too. Good relationship is built on mutual respect and mutual trust. Whenever we have misunderstanding or ill-feeling, we could resolve the conflicts or problems peacefully and politely (not just ignore them).
