我兒子在香港四大，現在在倫敦四大，但他是做顧問服務，不是核數，你講會計，我估計你係講核數（audit)。

核數係最辛苦，顧問（稅務，strategy，金融服務，電腦等等）會冇咁辛苦，如果考完牌，有幾年經驗，以四大招牌轉去commercial 或者顧問公司，個別專業會去投行或者asset management 公司。

我始終覺得有，因為有法例法規，上市監管條例，只係辛苦，特別是核數及初級基層。

我又補充一下，FRM及CFA係較窄相對於CPA，但係niche market 也有很多發展空間，可能高回報，這個講你入那個市場，那個專業，同時供求問題。

如果去到個特別領域，可以leap and bounce。

你說得很對，國際金融中心牌面牌底都不一樣，需求減少了很多年，最幽默的講法係上大灣區發展。

高層可以在海外坐鎭，已經係一個標誌性的方向，如果有牌有經驗，可以去紐約或者倫敦試吓。

你講得啱，如果上國內都係上海、北京為主，點會係大灣區。

我跟網友講嘅係會計及金融，中央將重點放在上海及北京，然後才是深圳。

我跟國內朋友的分析，中央在GBA不同城市都有center of excellence 的安排，有些產業特別有前景的，每個城市都爭崩頭，但人材，資金，critical mass ，都有很大差異，部分已經分流（分豬肉）了。

你指那一些產業就不是深圳爭取吸納的，前海做研發可以，生產這些就不受歡迎，用了二十年騰籠換鳥，不會走回頭路。

你指的真空電鍍，是不是PVD？如果是。已經有很多年了。我們用的光學玻璃及塑膠鏡片，都係用這種真空鍍膜。

你做貿易生意，又肯去了解生產工藝及運作情況，對爭取生意是十分有利，會佔先機！

當你講將PVD用在醫療設備，我覺得要再仔細睇清楚安規，非不能也，但可能要做很多測試及認證，成本就不是一般價錢。

Work life balance 係年輕人最大的問題，旺季工時太長，燃燒青春這是事實。

不過工作兩三年轉去二线投行也是不太難，不過，也是燃燒青春換取CP值。

年輕嘅專業人士，幾年前已經知道有機會唔同流合污，冇得撈，如果同流合污，有事肯定死專業人士，特別係外資行。

公司為keep住個客，同流合污，罸10億差不多啦，恆大個窿咁大，杯水車薪！

应该有买专业风险保险，外国这些罸款林林总总，在美国更大风险。

我再查證，那個數目是partners (salary and equity)平均bonus ，不是Equity 的分紅。
