自己都識少少不同級別的公務員，不理能力高低，越高層壓力真係好大，合約公務員亦因續約的原因，都做得辛苦，

反而中低級公務員壓力細好多，真係可以準時放工，買餸煮飯。如果有長俸者而工作態度欠隹者，會令巿民諸多不便，中層或高層都無可奈何!

我都幾同意你的分析，不過入到同區及他區直資也不一定top學校(我刻意不用band 1學校)，可能但求安心而已。
