大致內容:

"本人的女兒ｘｘｘ於ｘ月ｘ日獲貴校取錄(小一)，但因同時間獲得xxx學校取錄, 我們最後選取了這間學校。特發此信，通知取消學位，以便貴校可以盡早安排其餘備取生入讀。

再一次多謝貴校給予小女機會。"

理由: 當然是另一間較好, 怎樣寫會好睇d呢?

How about something like this:
Dear headmaster,
My daughter xxxx was very privileged to be accepted by your school on the xxxxx. Unfortunately, after much consideration, we have decided to accept an offer closer to home. It was not an easy decision to come to and we hope by freeing up this place, another child will be able to gain a place at your prestigious establishment.
We however are deeply grateful for bestowing this honour to our daughter.
we wish you all the best for the future.
