YYC has accepted my son for the full-day class. I have just paid the deposit this afternoon. As I know they still have some vacancy left for the full-day class, even though there is not much left.
You still can change your choice. You need to tell the teacher what you really want during the interview (actually before the interview, they will double check the documents first before you walk to the 2/f for interview).
Tips for interview and what they ask (I just can tell you what they ask my son during last interview).
1. only 1 teacher in the interview room and only one of the parents (mother/father) get in the room.
2. ask the kid what is his/her name (my son replied)
3. The teacher took out few toys (Bus, mini-bus, taxis), ask the name of the vehicles and which one the kid took to come to the school (my son's answer: taxi).
4. Fruits: apple, orange, banana (my son said the name of each one); Which one can eat (my son took the apple and pretended to eat the apple).
5. Ask the kid whether he/she can share the apple to mother (or father). (my son gave his apple to me)
6. Ask the kid whether he/she can give the toys or apple to the teacher (my son gave his apple to the teacher then).
7. **Here was what I did to give a good impression to the teacher at the end of the interview**. Ask my son to say goodbye (say it, not just wave the hands), ask my son to put back the chair (** the teacher was really impressed when my son did it**)
