I just called the office. They did send them all out last Friday. Very sad indeed.

Sad... strangely, no one said anything about receiving their letters today... does this mean everyone got their letters on last Saturday? Did anyone get theirs today?

Around 30 minutes actual time. But the wait is quite long.

1.5 hrs should be enough. We waited for 40-45 mins before the child went in. Then another 20 minutes before we were told to join.
