If you really 每個月一封, the principal will throw away into the bin.

Of course too early 開始寫.   The application period ends in October.   
They will not give you 2 nd interview until next year when all 1st round
application interview is complete.

Be considerate, if you keep writing letter now, the Principal will feel very annoyed and will remember you kids name, maybe will not consider your kid for 2nd interview.
