I think it depends on the birth rate of each year. My boy is in P2, only 23 kids in his class.

如果我冇聽錯, 副校在某個場合說他們沒有講明是小班教學.
所以, 今年可能都要預大班.

I think the school has accepted 30 + 33 students (paid deposit or even bought uniform) initially; however, there will be some students giving up (not showing up) at the end of Aug.  Eventally, there are only 20+ students per class.  Then for P2 and P3, they will continue to recruit more students to hit the numbers.

P.1 係咪雙班主任GA, D 班相有兩個老師.
雙班主任同一個班主任有何不同之處呢?

我聽副校說 P.1 仍然是雙班主任制, 希望這樣可以照顧一年級新生好些;
但二年級開始會照正常只安排一位班主任

雙班主任=多d人手照顧小一生。其實他／她們也是任教其中一些科目的老師。

我兒沒有上導修班, 副校叫我於暑假惡補吓中英數, 唔知係咪即係要識晒全部普通話拼音先上小一呢? 導修班係咪教晒拼音呢?

小一導向班 is for some basic 中英數 stuffs only, letting the children know the pattern of their teaching method.

SLS teaches Chinese in 普通話. If your boy is good at 普通話(listening), it will definitely help !
