I get your point.
If you found CCSC's past papers equivalent to other elite schools, do you think those schools are also focus on drilling? If not, you can't draw the conclusion.

First, I declare my interest. I am not a CCSC parents but my son applied for CCSC 6 yrs ago, I researched the school quite sometime before applying the self-discretion places, finally, my son joined a DSS school instead of CCSC.

God grant me the serenity

學校好多時都唔需要谷d學生，單是學校收收埋埋一班尖子，而這班尖子會在不知不覺之間互相激勵。所謂谷其實係來自同學。若果你想hea，沒有人會理會你，只要交足功課就ok。

No need to worry, he can 'hea' 2 yrs and start to focus in S3, he will be fine. Unless he wants to switch to IBDP at S4......

同意呀, 好多時係阿仔緊張....我話成績ok好喎(中文小學升上去F1全英仲想點)...佢成日話 '邊好...啲同學好勁㗎" ....
我同佢講慢慢warm up 啦...要時間㗎麻.....

我覺得可以放鬆吓, 都已經入咗一線學校囉...無謂同其他學校比啦..有須要俾support同鼓勵佢 ...順其自然啦:loveliness:

CCSC比較着重小朋友自律，功課唔算認真多，谷係來自同學間競爭，因為大部份都係各小學尖子，自然大家都唔想輸。比起小六小女今年都好hea，連我都好hea，於是大家一齊hea，只間中提醒佢唔好心散就算啦！

應該咁睇，每學期學校已經同學生定好曬測驗考試時間同次數，初中每星期最多三科測驗，考卷頗難，其它時間給學生空間參加和搞課外活動。學生只要按著安排做便好快溶入學校文化，加快適應中學生活。因為同學間鬥心強，想hea，no way，尤其是升上高中之後， d同學會超級搏命。佢地ge目標係要入大學。

我係張記舊生，當時仲係以前個校長，我F.1時(由中小升英中）初時都唔慣，就算勁谷都唔得，因為個個都咁勁，所以F.1由以前頭幾名變到廿名，好唔開心，試過唔願讀書，到F.2先習慣，考好左咋。其實考得黎間個底都唔會差，唔駛咁早谷0既。順帶一提係，張記老師好好，好盡責，就算我畢左業咁耐都會去探佢地。雖然有d都退休，新黎個d都有些係舊生，應該唔差。

應該咁講比小六嗰年，S1上學期真係算愉快上學。不過小女班主任提醒佢哋，老師同佢哋既蜜月期已經過咗，下學期老師會對佢哋嚴謹好多同要求高好多，相信真正既情況嚟緊呢個學期先知。

同意, 我見亞囝呢幾日先有得hea, 見佢要測驗考試嗰排, 每日用7-8小時溫習, 所以亦都有佢 hea下

My son told me that the CCSC boy in his IB class is the most hardworking student........... very discipline......
The liberal environment and so many extra-curricula activities may distract him a bit in the studying.
