actually out of all the ones that we applied this year, we think tak nga and kau yan will be best suited for our elder daughter at the moment.

These two are both good schools, although their teaching styles are a bit different.  I can guess why you think they fit your elder daughter from our previous discussions.

How's the situation with Kau Yan?

kys interview this coming sat.   I guess you are right, kys' style is more similar to soka kg. After 2 years of activity based kg life however, we actually wonder if a traditional school is more suitable since our daughter doesnt seem to enjoy giving presentations so why try to force her into someone that she is not (sounds familiar?).  We think she will do fine in either type though as long as the school is caring and with a curriculum that is not too pushy initially (this also translates to we still havent figured out whats best for her :( ).

我都有報德雅.

交報名表時, 感覺校舍真的好舊同細, 好失望.

但臨走時看見校內的notice board, 顯示有over 90%派英小, 成績非常好呀!

然後我在BK搜集了一些資料, 對德雅的評價大都很好:
小班, 雙班主任制, 英文程度好, 校風好, 師生關係密切...

所以如果佢收我個女, 我都會交咗留位費先.

其實講校舍, 我見另有出名的私校, 環璄比德雅還差, 但一樣幾千人報...

我都係係網見d媽咪評價同你一樣, 所以咪帶囡囡考下, 我相信每一間直資和私小都有他們的優點與缺點的.而且都係好學校.

咁請問其他媽咪有無報考九龍真光小學 ?

Good luck on this Sat!

I understand it could be difficult to tell what suits your daughter.  Just try to experience more thru the interviews and see if she can show any interests first.  There are still time to decide!

I agree it is important to find a school which cares about their students.  All the best!
