Kingston & 寶山

These 2 are completely different - like chalk & cheese!
Kingston is an international kindergarten (Kowloon side) with its own primary school.
寶山 is a local kindergarten (Hong Kong side) with most of its students going to elite local primary schools - mostly to St Paul's Co-ed.
No one can tell you which is better because they lead to different paths for your kid.
If you want your kid to go to an elite local primary school (especially St Paul's Co-ed), then definitely 寶山.
But if it is international schools you want your kid to go to, then 寶山 would be a very wrong choice.
In fact, they probably won't accept your kid if you tell them your ultimate aim is international school!

我認識的一些小朋友即使讀寶山也入不到ST. PAUL CO-ED或DG/DP, 不知是家底不夠好或是小朋友文靜的原因.但入CO-ED的人數是有2/3的.而KINGSTON, 我就覺得D小朋友好開心, LANGUAGE都學得幾好.之後去任何一間IS都無問題. 如果我當才唔係想入名校試試的話, 可能一直在KINGSTON, 我個仔就會好活潑, 唔會無晒自信, 之後都唔知報左幾多COURSE來攪自信.
