If you were the principal of the school, what do you think (and what would you do) if you receive over 1,000 "identical" letters of such kind ?   

However, sending such letter poses no harm to your kid. Good luck!

The key is always to use it as a template.  These samples should provide a certain structure on how you organize the letter, but not to be copied exactly.
