I would choose Hennessy as it's more well known and is linked to Queen's College.

Many thanks ah. Since my son's teacher said my son not suitable for traditional school, so make me a bit hesitate that Hennessy need to study very hard like dictation every week and many homework.

我有朋友的仔仔讀緊軒尼詩下午, 傳統學校功課多係唔奇的, 就係因為同皇仁有聯繫, 所以家長很緊張小朋友能否keep住成績上中學, 我朋友說全級前15名才有機會升上皇仁, 學校有分精英班, 入到精英班即係有機會去皇仁, 不是精英班的學生就明顯要考慮其他中學了,我朋友的仔仔3年班又係精英班開始有壓力, 仲同我朋友說不想讀名校, 我覺得真係比小朋友好大的壓力。

我朋友係全職媽媽, 返下午校的時間真的不好用,加上學校細很少課外活動可以參加, 若真的為入皇仁而讀軒尼詩我覺得冇必要了。仲有我朋友說學校是派位入去的, 所以學生質素參差, 學校會幾谷學生的, 來keep住名校小學。

我本人覺得優才及好多直資小學真的開心很多, 但學費都係一個考慮的問題。

Many thanks for your valuable information. As I'm a working mom, and my husband worried about that we do not have much time for homework and revision. He choose GT as he preferred to spend time to play with the kid's instead of fight with the kid on homework.
But for me, I worried that to give up a government school is it very waste. And somebody said GT not so good as bbefore wor... so very headache.

我都明白納稅人想小朋友可以有12年免費教育的想法, 但若經濟許可直資都係好選擇, 因為它都係有政府資助, 資源充足。當然有合心水的名津校個個都想讀(如:喇沙), 但為了有政府的免費教育而選擇了一間不適合小朋友的小學, 反而會弄巧反拙的。

因我住TKO, 中學網不好, 所以不選擇TKO的小學, 我和老公都覺得直資學校適合仔仔, 所以有報考直資小學, 我仔仔舊年都考到GT(TKO), 但冇選擇讀, GT都係一間好學校, 只是個人覺得係柴灣的港大同學會更適合仔仔, 所以選擇了港同。

前題係要考慮長遠經濟問題, 再考慮仔仔適合那類型學校, 基本上普遍津校都係傳統的了, 只係睇家長如何處理功課同壓力的問題。

可唔可以分享下港大同學會小學，點解你會選擇這間小學給你的孩子? 因為我都諗緊，是否祇因為中學的校網? 真的希望可以有多些意見參考。

其實最緊要係啱你個小朋友, 你話聽人講優才差左, 如果只係聽番黎, 我建議你問多幾個朋友, 或者去優才個topic, 睇下d 家長講咩, 你會明白好多, 我之前親戚想轉校, 我幫佢研究過睇過, 發覺佢都唔錯(個人感覺), 如果囝囝唔適合傳統教育, 俾12年免費你都冇用, 而且香港唔止優才一間直資學校, 你仲可以搵第2間.
