2nd In 佔30分, 應該有D分係家長部分(印象分都有D), 常常話要家校要合作, 要找對家長才能合作培育好一個小 ...

有時好懷疑呢D 分數分佈, 什麼占10%, 30%.... 其實係咪假架既?

唔只講呢間神校... 甚至果D 話有關係人士加幾多分既制度, 其實係咪為左避免D 校方人員受壓.

需知呢個級數既學校, 一定好多勢力人士向校董會揼心口, 有個所謂"加分制度", 起碼讓關係人士收口...


但係去到制度操作本身....


都已經直接見校長, 校長當時感覺想收邊個, 唔收果個, 還會受制果 3, 5, 6, 7分障礙?


大家都應該有一定工作經驗...


好多時候, 客觀分數, 是反映主觀意志, 而不是相反.

都係既, 你話如果考答題都話可以畀分, 但去到見校長, 唔通校長會寫低呢個家長值5分, 果個家長值7分咩~

早兩年既 1st/2nd 分數比例係40:10, 近兩年比例係20:30, 可能只係代表2nd in既重要性提高左.

朋友經驗，覺得校長心中已有收生名單，見吓家長小朋友，都係睇吓正唔正常，簡單來說，即係合眼緣，所以有人話，你同校長傾的過程中，可以feel倒佢收唔收你。但係咪真係咁，就得校長先知喇！

有無人下個星期仍有2nd IN？
爬舊文學校會於自行放榜前幾日有結果，今年自行是11月23日有消息，咁即是大約16號開始要留意，不知是電話通知還是寄信呢？

唔確定, 因為門口姐姐姐有張LIST, 估計IN 20 ~ 30 GROUPS PER DAY......所以可能最遲係今個WEEK...

見好少人講今年2nd in 問乜，所以想討論下。我小朋友waiting only，雖然失望，但in完已心中有數。亞囝入去時，校長對他說: 你看中文書先，他看完中文書后呆坐，校長再說，你可以玩下玩具喎，因為亞囝比較聽話，所以真的拿玩具玩，仲要係發聲玩具(他不知道會發聲的)。in 完問他，為何不拿英文書看，他說因為校長只叫他看中文書。心中不思其解，校長是否想考小朋友會否主動答她：我不想玩玩具，我想看英文書，可以嗎？
校長也是只對你小朋友提及中文書嗎？

我地就係一開始就話睇中文書，跟住話有時間可睇英文書及玩玩具。咁阿女都係睇中文書。waiting also。

如果校長有對亞囝說，你睇完中文書，可選擇睇英文書或玩玩具，咁就好囉！for sure my son would choose English books instead of toys. But anyway, even he read Eng books instead of playing toy, the result might also be the same too!

答唔哂架....... 反而書既問題佢就差唔多都答到。

if the principal did not ask the kid to read english book after playing the toys. why should the principal expect the kid to do that? if the kid really did that, someone might have consider him/her disobey the principal 's instruction.
as long as the kid followed all the instruction told by the principal and was considerate to play the toy nicely without disturbing others, and then answered all the questions asked by the principal, the kid should have done perfectly in this part.

i did feel the principal may not only look for the kids who responded correctly, but also the kids of the style they have been looking for...


from what the mums of successful candidates had disclosed, most of them were polite and quiet kids who came from kinders that excel in training well behaved boys and gals, e.g. kv, spk, etc...(a few from sc but sounds like all r 'c mon' type)

My son also couldn't answer all the questions about the book. After hearing all your comments, I think maybe the principal wanted the child to really study the book hard before moving on to play the toys. My son finished the book very quickly (1-2 min) and probably missed many details in the book, so couldn't answer all the questions.
