With the opening of ESF tung chung, will it be more difficult to get in to RC although my younger son has elder bro currently w RC?

Your younger son will enjoy sibling priority which is above kindergarten priority, so the opening of ESF Tung Chung kindergarten does not affect your younger son's chances of getting into RC.

Thanks FattyDaddy......but in fact I don't quite understand the priority system.....as siblings are in higher priority than ESF kids, so will the siblings get interview opportunity first, then rest of the vacancies will be left for other priority levels kids?

You should check out ESF's webpage regarding their admission priorities:-
http://www.esf.edu.hk/policy2013#2.

1. Are Corporate Nomination Rights Nominees

2. Are the children of full-time staff at ESF or ESF Educational Services Ltd

3. Are siblings of students already attending an ESF primary or secondary school or Jockey Club Sarah Roe School

4. Are Individual Nomination Rights Nominees

5. Are the children of former students who have attended an ESF school for a minimum of 3 years or are former ESF students returning from a period overseas

6. Are children attending an ESF International Kindergarten* [Note: contingent upon the child studying in the kindergarten continuously until the end of term 3 prior to entry into primary school]

7. Are other applicants who can benefit from an English-medium education


Siblings rank number 3 in the hierarchy, above ESF kindergarten children and even Nomination Right holders so it is almost guaranteed that a sibling will get an interview, regardless of how many ESF kindergarten children and NR holders there are.
