剛剛監護人公司告之，16歲以上，就可以打Booster，終於也等到了。
可以walk in 或預約

請問大家，應該打booster，而不是third dose, 對嗎？third dose是給免疫較差的人打，booster的劑量是否應該比3rd dose 輕？thanks in advance
Who can use this service

You need to be registered with a GP surgery in England to use this service. You can register with a GP if you do not have one.

You can book these online:

1st and 2nd doses for people aged 12 years old and over
boosters for people aged 16 years old and over
3rd doses for people with a severely weakened immune system aged 16 years old and over

對，應該是booster，不是第三針，香港就將booster 叫做第三針，但我也不知道劑量。
可是也有一個難處，因為未滿十八歲，加不到之前的疫苗紀錄，如果上網book，只當第一針的book，唯有walk in 打。

What is the difference between booster doses and third primary doses?
The primary course of the Covid-19 vaccine doses creates the immune response. For most people, two doses is enough to create an immune response but, for people who are immunosuppressed, a third primary dose is needed.

Third primary doses are given as a full dose of either the Pfizer vaccine or Moderna vaccine from eight weeks after the second dose. AstraZeneca can be used as an option for patients who received it previously where this would facilitate delivery.

A booster dose is given to prolong the protection already created by the primary course. Booster doses are given as either a full dose of Pfizer or a half dose of Moderna from three months after the second dose.

Eligibility for booster doses
Booster doses are available to everyone aged 16 and over from three months after their second dose.

3rd dose 隔8星期, booster dose 隔三個月, 劑量視乎打邊隻

我女在英格蘭放寬16-17歲可以打第三針(booster)就在NHS和學校安排下打咗。校方和NHS都有check香港針紙，女在香港兩針Biontech, 英國打是pfizer, 所以冇溝過針，打嘅劑量喺登記嘅NHS網站有寫清楚。英國嗰邊疫情仍然嚴峻，女學校和宿舍都好多人中招，但係佢哋會比較輕鬆咁接受，擔心嘅話就會打針，保護自己嘅同時亦都避免自己感染傳染俾其他人。

謝謝你們。阿女上年八月已打完第二針；所以有人建樓可能不足抗體，所以考慮打過，而非booster. 請問大家如果仔女已打完第二針，超過了半年，應該打第三針，還是booster?

16-17 歲只可打pfizer, 劑量同第一二針一樣。
18歲以上可能會用Moderna打，但係喺英國冇得揀要邊種。

我的理解係第三針=booster, 是同第一二針劑量一樣，只係因為頭嗰兩針未夠保護力，要打第三針加強實力，唔知道我個理解啱唔啱。

在英國，打完第二針120日便可以打第三針，不用等足6個月後。我女都是放完暑假之前八月中打第二針，上星一打第三針冇咩特別反應同問題。
