I only know very few direct subsidised schools like DGS/DBS, or Logos Academy that would offer both local (students taking DSE) and IB curriculums in their secondary school. Can anyone suggest a more comprehensive list of primary/secondary schools that also run in similar ways? Or any other DSS that run IB program as well? Thanks a bunch!

Dgs行Dse，無IB。

另外，St Paul Coed和啟思都係有Dse和IB。

I've been looking at the same schools recently and not sure if I understand correctly, so for schools that offers both DSE and IB, that means the student can decide whether they want to take DSE in grade 12 then pursue university via jupas, or can study two more years for IB then apply university via non jupas? But with non traditional/activity based curriculum, can the school prepare/equip their students for the DSE? Any thoughts on whether it will be easier/less competitive to get into university via jupas or non jupas?

Only a few choices for DSS with IB, how about private? Will there be more choices?

Although I know I prefer activity based approach, however I also want to understand/assess the risks/drawbacks that my kids might encounter.

首先，好多時吾係比學生揀Dse定IB，係學校揀。所以Spcc的IB成績出來咁好，就有人講過，係double selection的效果。

另外，入大學熱門科，係jupas定non jupas著數d，好難講的。因為IB吾使考Dse不知所謂，整死幾多理科生的中文死亡之卷，你可以話好d。但你而家研究可能太早，政策隨時可以逆轉。

若學校同時提供DSE和lB，一般學生升中四時就會選定lB或DSE，不會考完一樣再考另一樣，目前大部分直資只提供DSE，而私立學校只提供DSE以外課程。除了St Paul Co-edu lB和DSE成績同樣亮麗，其他同時提供兩種課程直資學校似乎lB成績較DSE好，可能經過學校screening or matching 找到適合讀lB學生，又或者DSE太新大家仍在模索中。你可去有興趣的學校網頁看看學校提供什麼課程、公開試成績和學生入大學情況。

I can't speak for other schools, but for the case of Logos, the students and their parents can choose either IB stream or DSE stream. Afterall, the tuition fees are different for the two, you can't force the more abled students to pay more and join the IB stream, right?
