Doing research recently for my b who will go to pn next year. Just wondering whether a hk$3m debenture is required at the time with application form submitted?heard that all debenture was sold sold, so no debenture is required, is it real?? Thanks!

U don't need to pay the 3mil up front, they will ask u for it after passing the interview and seat offered. 3mil is only applied to kindergarten level.

Recent admissions to K1 do not require the purchase of the 3m debenture (or you may interpret as the school does not want to sell at this price)

I had the school tour last week and the admission told me all debenture are sold out. And confirmed with them u will need to pay 3million for debenture once they offer u a place in k1or k2. For primary and secondary, u will need to pay 50k levy annually as all debenture are sold out.

Wow! All the debentures were sold out!!!!how to purchase the 3m debenture if I were offered a place if all was sold out?should I pay 60k debenture instead? Or pay the capital levy for k1?

I think this is how they work.
Kindy- offer and they will sell u a debenture of 3mil and u have no other option such as capital levy
3mil and 600k debenture for students other than kindy are not available from school, not sure if u can buy a second hand.
Every student not covered with debenture would need to pay a capital levy of 50k annually .
