So what is the present arrangements at different ESF schools?
Who decides how many students they i ... For RC the present arrangement is the same as in previous years, i.e. assign a random number to each applicant, and if a child has no priority (sibling, alumni, ESF kindergarten etc) and is unlucky enough to get a bad number then he/she may not be invited to an interview.
In previous years I believe RC interviewed everyone who had priority, but I'm not so sure about those without. I wouldn't know exactly how many applicants they would interview each year either, but obviously there is a practical limit on the number. Having said that, the 2 ESF PIS (RC and DC) do interview more applicants compared to the ESF foundation schools, so the element of luck is relatively smaller.
