等我入正題先……網上教學需要學生本身好有自律性。不是個個會持之以恆完成整個階段。

Gadgets用於學習還是遊戲，對孩子來說吸引力絶對有分別！

已入正題，小一前既YMCA 輔導班無用。但我細佬成日拎我部iPad 睇YouTube 反而咁樣令佢學到中文字，係咁問我點寫啲字去search片睇，咁我就dl計數apps 俾佢玩，佢又受喎。而家我只係想問下大家意見，其實可能我表達錯，但我無野想賣

一陣又話有幾間教育公司彈起，一陣又問大家意見，大家又唔知你想講乜，或問乜。攪邊科呢？你究竟係以家長身分，博士身分，定哥哥／姐姐身分分享呢？

開部 iPad 比幼兒，他們花大部份時間學中文字和數學，定 YouTube 和打機？有無聽過幼兒要 limit screen time？

講時講，我上星期啱啱sign up咗一個免費網上大學嘅課程，好耐未讀過書，揾個對工作冇幫助，但係有興趣嘅課程讀下都幾得意。

Elearning like Kahn Academy is very good for certain learning, but not as a systematic curriculum, yet.

Kindle is the best elearning (or entertainment) as far as my household goes.

For elearning, I actually prefer to use an iPad since you can read Kindle books and the browser is useful to access certain sites like Matheletics or other daily Chinese/English reading sites. There are also apps for BrainPop and other similar services.
I do own a Kindle as well and prefer to read on it. But given a choice of one device, I think iPad wins since it can do a lot more.

They serve different purposes. I would never read a book on iPAD. Try take iPAD and kindle out in the sun and read. Even at home, difference is like watching TV and a paper book.
