I have applied this school because

a. my daughter's friend is going to study its P1 in September ;
b. I like its low teacher/student ratio;
c. I agree with its mission;
d. school will not admit any kids referring from the Government. All kids are selected by the school according to their ability;

For DGJS:
Application forms are obtainable from the School (entrance on Gascoigne Road, Kowloon), free of charge, on 7th and 8th September, 2006 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Applicants must produce HK birth certificate / HK ID Card / Documents permitting her stay in Hong Kong at the time of obtaining application forms (one form for each applicant).

報名日期
由即日起至二零零六年九月十五日

申請辦法
1. 可到本校索取或透過本網頁下載申請表格；
2. 將填妥的申請表格連同以下資料於截止申請日期或以前遞交本校：
  a. 出生證明書副本；
  b. 幼低班成績表副本；
  c. 回郵信封兩個(23cm ×10cm)，請寫上回郵地址及貼上港幣一元四角郵票，作日後面試安排及公布結果之用。

遞交申請表及所需資料方法
1. 可郵寄至「九龍塘金巴倫道2721地段」九龍塘學校(小學部)招生組收或
2. 可親身遞交到本校，辦公時間如下：
  星期一至五上午7:30 - 下午5:00
  星期六       上午7:30 - 下午1:00
  (星期日及公眾假期休息)

面試安排
本校將按學生成績品行等甄選約見，而面試日期為十月二十八日(星期六)。約見與否將於十月十三日以書面通知。申請人亦可透過本校網頁查閱。

錄取結果
錄取與否，本校將於十一月三十日以書面通知。

學費(二零零六年度)
小學一年級全年學費為港幣三萬零五百元，分十期繳交，即每月學費為港幣三千零五十元。

填寫及遞交申請資料時，請注意以下事項
1. 清楚填寫你有效的聯絡地址；
2. 填上能直接與你聯絡的電話號碼；
3. 如有親屬在本校就讀，請在申請表中註明；
4. 在任何情況下，切勿將任何文件正本遞交本校。如有遺失，本校概不負責；
5. 所有申請資料，恕不退回；
6. 資料不全，恕不辦理；
7. 閣下在申請表內所提供的資料，只作申請入學之用，一切保密。
8.  暫時不用繳交報名費。

2007 - 2008  Primary One Application

Good Hope School (Primary Section) is a non-profit private Catholic girls’ school.  Good Hope Secondary Section is a direct subsidy school.  All applicants will be interviewed.

Date : 9th September, 2006 (Saturday)

Time : 8:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
1:30 P.M. - 4:30 P.M.

Venue: 303, Clearwater Bay Road (Primary Section)

    Procedure: Parent must get the application form in person.
(1) Get the application form in the school hall.
(2) Fill in the application form in the classroom.  Submit the
completed form with relevant documents
Documents :
i) Birth Certificate (Original & Copy)
ii) A copy of the applicant’s recent school report card
iii) A passport size photo of the applicant
iv) A copy of Catholic Baptismal Certificate (for the Roman Catholic applicants)
v) A stamped envelope with correct address.
(Please write the application number on the left bottom corner).
(3) Then get the “Interview Letter”
(4) Procedure completed

Application Fee: HK$50.00

九龍禮賢學校小一入學申請表已可於網上下載.

申請表須於二零零六年九月廿三，廿五及廿六日
星期六：上午九時至十二時三十分
星期一及二：上午八時三十分至十二時三十分, 下午一時三十分至四時正
交回校務處及繳交$30報名費，切勿郵寄。

**但學校註明 "不用附學生之活動資料、證書 … 等", 只須遞交指定文件及學生成績表. 是否其他學校於遞交入學申請表時都不用附活動証書及profile? 如其他學校沒有註明,
應否附profile? 還是面試才遞交?
請指教.

You are right. If you want to register the seminar on 2.9.06, I suggest you to send e-mail for registration. I send the e-mail in the morning and have received e-mail confirmation this afternoon.
