Dear DBBoy,

I have been following your posts for sometime and I admire your frankness and dedication about the school. I would like to have your comments about the French Stream or Main Stream. Which one do you think is better and why? Can the French Stream students go outside and do some extra tuition for their Chinese and will this be too much work for a small boy? French plus Chinese? My husband speaks a little French and away from home quite a lot. I don't speak any French at all. Please advise. Thank you very much.

PS. I learnt from BK forum, some parents said there'll be 3rd interview for applicants, is that true?  If yes, when ?  Many thx for your advice.

Parents with children in PN or K1 will benefit most from the seminar.  As for those in K2, there is only 6 months or so to do last minute preparation.  Need to hurry up.

I have not heard of 3rd interviews but I know that those applications that are not successful are now making appeals.

I am glad to have a forum here and please note that my views are only personal and may not be universally applicable.

I will be meeting BK parents on 18th Feb to speak about P.1 application.  We still have a few places and please PM me should you wish to know more about the subject of P.1 application.  There will be no charge for this event.

Just bring an open mind and a big smile to meet all other parents.

Those wanting to come to the P.1 seminar, please PM me.  This is NOT a DBSPD event.  I organised this to share my views with parents at BK.  Priority will be given to those in PN and K1 since they have the most time to make some changes.

I hope to start another discussion on the Open Day at DBSPD.  Let move somewhere else :)
