Frankly I do not have the exact figures, but I am inclined to agree that the % of C in IGCSE/GCSE & A in HKCE are roughly the same. On the other hand, they are viewed roughly on par by the U. So what harm to "buy an insurance"
The son of a friend of mine got (2008) 2A4B + Eng 5* + Chin 4 in HKCE, but he had 8A* from IGCSE, and he went to HKU thru' EAS.
