請問小朋友要6:00am起床的....

.....小朋友會辛苦嗎? 由其係冬天,晚上要幾點上床,夠瞓嗎,時間夠唔夠用(返全日)?對小一生來講可以嗎,請有經驗的家長幫忙解答

my nephew is 6 yrs old, P.1 this year, wakes up at 0550 everymorning.  I feel pity for him, but he seems doing ok, and told me he would sleep in the schoolbus since he needs to take a 1 hour ride to school everyday.  He goes to sleep around 10pm every night.  On the other hand, my own daughter, wakes up at 0630 every morning, she said very tired, and she always full in sleep before 10pm, normally 9:30pm

My son weaks at 06:00, half day school, sleeps not later than 21:30.
He is doing well and fall alseep immediately!
He gets enough time for his homework but not enough for checking and review because I'm home at 20:00 earliest! We are only capable to finish checking and 每日一篇. Revisions are done on Sat and Sun.

My son wakes up at 6 am every morning and so as I wake up at 545 am to take good care of him, also to make sure he has his breakfast before he takes his 655 am school bus.

I will ask him to sleep between 9-915 pm every night, this is to ensure he has enough sleep for the next day study.

As your daughter has around 9 hours to sleep every night, is it OK for her or will she also sleep in the schoolbus? Since I plan my son to sleep at around 9pm and he can also has 9 hrs to sleep everyday. I'm afraid if he sleeps in the schoolbus and it's a bit dangerous.

Any other opinions please?

小朋友辛苦就一定啦，我囡囡去年小一早上5時45分起床，6時25分搭校車，所以晚上6時前要做完功課，6時15分左右食晚飯，休息，溫習或沖涼後，8點15分一定要上床．平日的生活習慣完全要為小朋友而改．

我都tang佢辛苦，鬼叫間小學係自己幫佢揀，唯有倍佢一齊面對，我早上都要早D起身準備早餐，校服．其實做阿媽都辛苦ga， 由其係冬天，冇話可唔可以，習慣咗就冇問題．

如果可以, 真係要考慮就近返學!  我囝囝以前幼稚園7:25 起床, 不用吃早餐(因回校才吃)及上廁所(大便), 8:00上車, 很少扭計. 現在6:00起床, 趕吃早餐(太早又無胃口)及上廁所(因他說老師不准經常上廁所, 但最慘他是那種吃一餐便需要上一次廁所的小朋友); 扭計了很多!  每天都要又氹又閙才起床, 但晚上已是9:00已準時上床那一種; 遲半個鐘都死 (翌日又要同佢打仗)!  剛開始時佢不停問, 點解小學要半夜(因天未光)起身返學??!!  囝囝返全日, 要靠佢自律肯主動完成所有家課, 因為 如果你係 working mom, 好似我咁最早要7點幾才返到屋企, 食完飯, 檢查完功課已經差不多要瞓.  我無特別幫佢溫書, 因為真係無時間, 默書要攤開幾日逐少去溫; 其他就靠週六/日; 每天半個鐘或更少去溫(基本上都係考試到才計劃). 冬天都無辦法, 只有自己更辛苦, 早點起床氹吓/呵吓佢! 家長要有心理準備同接受到無時間溫書, 仲要k3開始train小朋友自動自覺做功課!  我o地都有諗搬近點學校, 就佢返學, 但要考慮的仍有太多!)

for my daughter, she doesn't sleep in the school bus at all, as she needs only 10 mins to arrive school.  the reason I need her to get up at 6:30am (it is actually a bit too early for her since we are actually living quite near the school) is because she is moving sooooo slow, and I don't like rushing.  She got up at 0630, washing up and get dress before 0700, then slowly enjoying her breakfast, meanwhile, its my turn to get dress.  Then we leave the house at 0730.

She does complain it is tiring to get up so early, but she is actually ok and really enjoying school time, never falls in sleep in the schoolbus nor in class.  I just have to make sure she goes to bed before 9:30pm, then she is ok.

I wake up at 6:00 am sharp and turn on television. There will be some cartoon until 6:30 am. My son (P.3) and daughter (K3) will wake up accordingly because they can listen cartoon noise. Then they will watch it until 6:30 am. This period of time is to wake them up and their mind is much clear. (個腦會清醒d), For me, this time period, I will make the breakfast and all the preparation, such as warm water, 茶點, wet towel for my daughter..) At 6:30 am, they will start their washing, breakfast, go to toilet.  At 7:00 am, they then change the school suits. And I take my son to wait for school bus at 7:10 or 7:15 am, then my daughter is 7:30 am to school bus. They do not sleep in the school bus.  
I am a working mom too, so I backed to home at 7:00 pm 食完dinner, 檢查完功課已經差不多要瞓.They  sleep at 9:00 am, 已經好快訓雀.
my case same as Leolonglongma. 無特別幫佢地溫書, 因為真係無時間, 阿仔默書要rely on him, 我如果有時間就同佢溫少少; 其他就靠週六/日; 每天半個鐘或更少去溫(基本上都係考試到才計劃). 所以一定要從細train小朋友自動自覺做功課 & 溫書

好多謝各位回應.

我而家都仲15/16唔知點好,原本一心諗住選遠個間,點知呢排唔知點解多左好多顧慮(其實之前都有,諗左好耐覺得應該應付得到,但而家又開始動移),早起身係其中一個因素,仲有:功課夠時間做嗎?如要默書或測驗又點呢?如有課外活動會仲遲先返到屋企,時間又小左D,每日只係返學,放學,做功課,溫下書(如有時間),瞓覺,真係無晒玩/睇電視/休息時間,係咪六年都要咁過呢?

至於點解想選遠個間學校,只因考慮到升中個校網,因我地係將軍澳區,唉!可以點呢......

About going to a far distance school... please re-consider, bear in mind that at list 6 years you are talking about.  Spending one hour (2 hoursat least in total for round trip) in the school bus everyday is just too much for the kid.  It is even tiring for adult.  Once the kid move to P1, there will be far more than enough things to worry about already, plus this long distance thing?!? please... think twice.  

(My girl is studying in Logos, so I don't have much worry about the secondary school issue.)

我都係住tko，同你想法一樣，為o左小朋友將來升中個校網，所以都誇區返何文田。因為tko真係冇好o既中學，如果想小朋友將來升中好，唯有選擇辛苦d。    
我小朋友每日5:50起床，梳洗跟住食早餐換校服6:35上校車。(每朝都要攪一輪先肯起床,要預鬆少少時間)
下午3:50返到屋企樓下，然後直接去補習。晚上最早都要6:30返屋企(有時多功課或默書就要七點幾先返)。返到屋企即刻沖涼、驗查功課同食晚飯。休息一陣最遲9:00前要佢刷牙上床訓。課外活動最好安排星期六、日，咁時間會充足d。
其實星期一至五真係乜冇時間玩，不過就算住得近相差o既時間都唔多(我見返官塘道彩石里間小學都要6:30上車比我仲早)可能只多一個半個鐘，但你用埋0個d時間溫習=
一樣冇得玩同睇電視。
初初開學小朋友都唔慣，會覺得好辛苦。但我解釋佢聽，媽咪想你讀間好學校，所以媽咪都陪你咁早起身返學。而佢每朝早都見樓下有其他小朋友一樣咁早起身返學，知道唔係只得佢咁，所以都冇再問點解。而家佢都習慣早睡早起，聖誕放長假，佢都係6:30起身。   
放心啦!家長安排得好，小朋友好易適應 。初初就一定會心痛，但當諗到將來為小朋友好，依家辛苦d值得o既。況且只係過渡期，捱過就除0左學業成績就咩問題都唔洗擔心

我女兒每天5:50am 起身, 6:40am 上校車(屋企樓下上車), 平日1:10pm 落校車(校車不肯在我屋企樓下落車, 因為佢話我里邊冇人落車的, 所以無耐地我要去另一條街接放學.) 每天回家立即食lunch, 做 45minutes 功課, 我便會和她出外上英文班 (every Wednesday and Friday) 和老師上門學琴 (every Tuesday), り後便會再陪她繼續做嘛d 功課及溫默書和溫英文, 到每日5:45pm 左右便練琴, 6:00pm 便吃dinner, 吃完後便立即擦牙洗面7:30pm 前便上床訓教了.  星期六日多數是家庭日和多數要來溫常識和中文d 深字及或要每次用2粒鐘去完成d 讀書報告.

We have the same concern as you and live in TKO too, thus I have selected the primary school for my kid which falls into Kln City net for Secondary.  They really don't have much time (should be NO time) to play or watch TV during the weekdays (we havn't turn the TV on from Mon to Fri since Sep., 06) But for P.1, there is still not much test for different subjects (in fact they do, but not known by parents), so you have to consider clearly for school you are going to select or move to a closer area to the school!  For your information, when my kid have activities in school, he can only arrive home at 5:45pm!

我都係住TKO，我仔今年都係跨區(藍田)返小一，早上6:00起身，梳洗/吃早餐/大大，6:35落樓等校車，6:45上校車，咁早起身初初都有點擔心o架，但習慣o左現在都不成問題了。放學後早點完成功課，我要求仔仔6:00pm前完成功課，早點吃晚飯，晚飯後溫一陣書，做一陣網上練習，9:30pm前就上床睡覺。

你講得好o岩呀，自從上了小一後真係無mug時間睇電視和玩o架 :cry:

我諗多數會選遠個間學校,因我見homingm選藍田都要6:45上校車,而我選遠個間要6:35上校車,都只係相差10分鐘,就當係一個考驗吧!
