DGS is so impressive that their security 'company' is an external tender. They are 0% flexible and are quite bureaucratic so it is normal that you feel alienated when trying to reach the school.

They even treat DBS boys going there for rehearsal as people with inappropriate intentions. I would say this is a bit too over.
As for where the problem lies...hmmm...I guess we all know from where(who) this attitude is generated from :)
