其實 debenture 本身就係比富豪級人士，或跨國國際公司高層 expat (公司買) 先會買；一般中產無謂去玩哩個遊戲。

但亦有唔少國際學校唔一定要買 debenture，不過學費連使費亦幾襟計。除咗月入還要睇睇本身有幾多資產。年入 1M 既家庭如果無樓無資產，其實d 錢唔算好好使。
