Same here.  I am very angry about this so I just called Ascot this morning to ask why small b (Oct) can also applied the pn class.  I was told by them that they will not refuse the parents to apply if the parents are insisted to do so.  Very bad arrangement.

If they accepted the small b application (after Aug), then it would be better not to mention the children must be borned before August 31.

Yes, I requested but the admin rejected for the interview again.

I know but the admin told me even the small b were rejected this year but they will have obtain the priority to have a space for next year pn or k1 class.

no need to angry, you can check with those parents ... i think no small b accepted by hkps even they attended the interviews
