during the school tour, the director of admission mentioned they dont look at passport and dont encourage to buy the 500k debenture to get priority.. you can always contact them to check out your placement of the wait list..
new rule,,, i think they started this last year when i was talking with the admission director early this year at the school tour. reason was to make sure your child understands english and could learn from a english teaching environment.
dont think it only applies to local kids.. this 500k debenture is depreciated over 8years and after that you would need to purchase another 500k debenture to stay in the school (not the 100k) which gives a total of 1mil...
